We are in the process of finalising 2 books - which (If all goes to plan) will be published in November this year. And our first on-line training course should be available in Spring/Summer 2027, with others following later in the year.
Emma’s book: (November 2026)
Beyond the Posture: 52 Weeks of Yoga Wisdom
A Learn Live Give guide
Description:
A year-long journey into the heart of yoga philosophy, offering one teaching a week to learn, live and give: discover its wisdom, weave it into everyday life, and share its benefits with others. For curious beginners, dedicated practitioners and everyone in between. Because the most meaningful practice begins when we step off the mat.
Andy’s book: (November 2026) - Note: Book cover very much a work in progress
Yoga for Grumpy Gits, Stubborn Sods, and People Who Simply Won’t Be Told
Description:
A yoga philosophy book with a difference, written especially for the sceptic who would benefit from a light-hearted introduction to this wonderfully deep subject.
If you, or someone you love, has ever rolled their eyes at the mention of chakras or chanting, this may be the perfect place to start. Listeners to our podcast will recognise Andy’s voice as the sceptical husband who asks the questions many of us are secretly thinking. The book combines humour, accessible metaphors and real-life examples with clear explanations and practical tips, proving that you don’t need to take yourself too seriously to engage with yoga philosophy wholeheartedly.
Online Training Course 1: (Spring/Summer 2027)
ABC’S Of Whole-Hearted Living
Description:
What if you could take the heart of a yoga retreat home with you? The ABC’S of Wholehearted Living is a self-paced online course that brings the spirit of our Croatia retreat into your everyday life, whenever and wherever you need it. Whether you’re snuggled at home or out in the garden, you can move at a pace that suits you. Over six modules, we’ll explore four pillars of human flourishing:
A: Autonomy, living with choice and empowerment
B: Belonging, finding connection and community
C: Cause, living with purpose and passion
S: Self-Worth, standing in enoughness
Each module weaves together gentle yoga, breathwork, restorative practice, meditation, iRest-inspired yoga nidra, mindful journaling and simple coaching tools, so the learning isn’t only understood but felt in your body.
There’s no pressure to get it “right” and nothing to fix. This is an invitation to see more clearly, feel more fully and choose more consciously, one small step at a time.
You’ll also be welcome to join a supportive online community, where you can share reflections and affirmations and be part of something warm and encouraging. You don’t need to be flexible, experienced or have everything figured out. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Online Training Course 2: (Autumn 2027)
Trauma-Informed Yoga & Somatics for Recovery from Disordered Eating
Description:
Recovery isn’t only a matter of food or willpower. It’s also about learning to feel at home in your body again.
This self-paced online course offers a gentle, trauma-informed space for anyone affected by disordered eating, in any form and at any stage of the journey. Whether you’re early in recovery, well along the way, supporting yourself through a wobbly patch or simply curious, you are welcome here exactly as you are.
Through somatic movement, steady yoga flows, yin and restorative yoga, yoga nidra and meditation, yoga philosophy, coaching activities and journal reflections, we’ll explore ways to:
• Meet yourself with curiosity and compassion
• Build practical self-care tools you can return to again and again
• Support emotional regulation and a sense of inner calm and balance
• Rebuild trust and connection with your body, at your own pace
Everything is offered as an invitation, never a demand. You’re always free to adapt, pause, rest or skip anything that doesn’t feel right for you. There’s no performing, no perfecting and nothing to get “right.”
This course is designed to complement, not replace, professional support. If you’re currently receiving treatment, we’d encourage you to check with your healthcare team that it’s right for you.
