Meditation Examples:


Just listen and watch these videos of small waterfalls we recorded at various locations in the UK, including: a meditation centre in Northamptonshire and on various walks in The Cotswolds and The Peak District. 

Simply take a minute or two out of your day to think about nothing but the sound and movement of the water. 

Whilst you are listening to the water, breathe slowly and steadily in and out. 

This process will calm your mind, lower your heart rate, and (if nothing else) will provide you with a short break from your hectic life. 

Give yourself this little treat. And if you like it - do it again!
